Pub Quiz

MathSoc Pub Quiz League Tables.

MathSoc has a Pub Quiz league running across the year. Teams collect points based on where they finish in each Pub Quiz. At the end of the year, the team with the highest number of league points will be crowned the MathSoc Pub Quiz Champions.

Congratulations to the One Wheel Short of a Unicycle team who won this year's quiz league with a dominant score of 57.3 points.

Higher and Lower Challenge

A regular feature at our Pub Quizzes if the chance to win £10. Entry is through the purchase of raffle tickets (50p per ticket), and the winner of the raffle gets the chance to play Higher and Lower. The first person at each quiz to win at Higher and Lower gets the £10 prize.

In the Higher and Lower rounds, Ace is classed as a High-value card. In the event of two consecutive equal-valued cards, the game is counted as a loss.
